Mike Vondran has been serving clients and helping them successfully market for more than 30 years. As the owner and CEO of TAG, he leads a team of marketing professionals and specialists that bring his common sense, results-oriented approach to clients, companies and industries nationwide. Mike is directly engaged with all TAG clients, providing management and oversight of all account activities, as well as guiding the vision and growth of specialty divisions that focus on the needs of organizations within industry verticals.
Mike serves the Quad Cities community by active participation and leadership with a number of not-for-profits and regional economic development groups, including The HAVlife™ Foundation (Founder), Junior Achievement of the Heartland (Board Chair), The Great Mississippi Valley Fair Board (Past Chair/President). Mike’s former roles also include board services with the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, Greater Davenport Redevelopment Corporation, Trinity Foundation, Creative Arts Academy (Director), and the I-80 Task-force.
For nearly 30 years, Randy has been vital to the marketing success and business growth of many clients. Randy leads the Brand Management team and serves as the Chief Strategy Officer for TAG. His marketing strategy and creative management expertise have resulted in major contributions to TAG’s current clients such as Crane MS (a division of CRANE Corporation) and the Illinois Critical Access Hospital Network, as well as many clients such as UnityPoint-Trinity Regional Health System (Quad Cities), American Rental Association and Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.
Randy’s history of diversified clients, including KONE Elevators (Global) and MidAmerican Energy, enables him to provide an innovative consultation to clients, thinking beyond the traditional industry standards. He is active within the Quad Cities community, currently serving on boards for the Quad Cities Regional Development Authority, Rock Island County Health Department, the Former Quad Cities Development Group Board, and as the Former Vice-Chair of the UnityPoint Trinity Foundation Board.
With over 20 years in client service, Kathleen works to expand the reach of the TAG community through developing partnerships with local businesses. She comes from the publishing industry where she was the driving force behind successful business expansion through understanding the needs of clients and exceeding those expectations. Kathleen is a graduate of Clarke University where she earned her BA in Business and Marketing, MBA and MOL.
At TAG, she works hand-in-hand with a specialized team of artists, designers, and developers to create an overall brand strategy to include web, social and traditional mediums that you would expect from a full-service digital advertising agency.
For over 20 years, Brian’s dedication to meaningful marketing and communications has led to success for his clients. He has managed tens of millions of dollars in communications and worked with clients from all walks of life, from family-owned small businesses to multibillion-dollar Fortune 500 companies. With his experience in working with governmental entities that include boards, elected officials, and regulatory compliance make Brian an excellent fit for the Cedar Rapids team.
Brian’s began his career working in politics, developing voter targeting, contact, and direct mail programs. He worked in the innovative space of healthcare customer relationship management (CRM). He partnered with large hospitals and health systems to understand how artificial intelligence and digital health records can create more meaningful communications that can lead to the better overall health of the communities they serve. Brian has worked in many communication environments ranging from mass marketing, digital marketing, a segment of one communication, and omnichannel strategies, all driving to the right message for the right audience.
Jordan has served as Controller at TAG for five years. In the role of Controller, Jordan oversees all accounting and finance operations. He prepares and reviews monthly financial statements and reports, manages the books, assists with payroll processing, and also handles HR administrator duties. Jordan joined the TAG team in 2016 as an Accounting Assistant prior to being promoted to his current role as Controller.
Jordan is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. He completed internships at Hogan-Hansen, P.C. and CBE Companies in Cedar Falls while in school. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys staying active through weightlifting and playing golf as the weather permits. He is also a craft beer enthusiast, so odds are you will likely find him pulled up at your local QC brewery.
Jordan enjoys being part of the TAG staff and leadership team, and values the opportunity to work with a team of talented individuals who are committed to moving forward, learning, evolving, and adapting to changing business dynamics.
