The challenge for S.J. Smith was that their website was cluttered, confusing and did not reflect the brand characteristics they aspired to convey.

Our Approach

The design of S.J. Smith Co.’s overall visual brand was upgraded and modernized. A clear “look and feel” was established through the consistent use of graphics and typography reflecting terms such as “innovation”, “strategy”, “technology” and “precision.” The website was designed and engineered to focus on customer relationships and brand promise.  The graphics and ample use of white space combine to create the overall visual language that is professional, trustworthy and striking.

Avgerage of 54 inbound sales leads per month.  26 percent of conversions are mobile which did not exist prior to deployment.

With a new brand look and website launched, TAG took the sentiment of S.J. Smith’s brand and deployed a social media strategy through Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Email Marketing to engage their customers with industry news, company culture moments and sales and promotional messaging. Through a dedicated strategy, with the customers as the focus, S.J. Smith’s social profiles have increased in size, engagement and reach over the past year.
