The Group, Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialists P.C., is one of the largest OB/GYN offices in the Quad Cities.

Overview

With a group of physicians, midwives, nurse practitioners, and a physician assistant, The Group’s reputation was that of a big, impersonal operation. They wanted to differentiate themselves from other physician’s offices and show their patients, and future patients, their personalities and expertise.

Challenge

The Group called TAG to offer recommendations to elevate its brand. After a brand summit to dig deeper into The Group’s values, strengths, and aspirations, we made the pitch. TAG recommended an overhaul of The Group’s website, Facebook advertising and platform management, Instagram management, and social video production

Approach

Starting in March, TAG went to work building a brand for The Group. We began reworking content on The Group’s website, posting Facebook status updates, and designing advertisements, oh my! Our production team created social videos featuring The Group’s providers. It’s been a blast.

Followers look to The Group for content, expertise, and they like to leave reviews on Facebook and Google. Here’s just a glimpse of what’s been happening:

Facebook – The Group has an average monthly reach of 8,953 and 841 average monthly engaged users. They have also gained 400 new ‘likes’ in 6 months.

E-mail Marketing – With an average open rate of 33%, The Group sits 16% higher than industry average.

Social Videos – Videos featuring The Group’s practitioners have been viewed organically 1,010 times and 52,796 times through paid advertising.

The Growth:

The big news coming from The Group? It’s growing! Since our partnership began, The Group has expanded its services to include a new division – Revive at The Group. Revive offers Weight Management programs and aesthetic and laser treatments for men and women. The bigger news? We’ve started working with Revive, too!
